The
Instructor’s Kit has been designed as a resource for Trainers to use in
conjunction with MCOL Managed Care Training Manual, in order to:
- Initially familiarize
themselves with the Training Manual content
- Use the overview
presentation for Trainees prior to, during or after they receive the
Training Manual
- Use as an ongoing
resource in supporting Trainees using the Training Manual
The
following files are included with the Instructor’s Kit:
- A readme file
assisting with installation and use (readme.pdf)
- The Instructor’s Kit
presentation provided in two formats: an Adobe Acrobat file (instructor.pdf)
and a Microsoft Powerpoint file (instructor.ppt)
- The detailed Learning
Objectives and Study Guide in Adobe Acrobat format, which references page
numbers for applicable sections (guide.pdf)
- The Intro to Managed
Care Quiz is provided for convenience as an Adobe Acrobat file (quiz.pdf)
The quiz is included in the Training Manual in both interactive, and text
format, but the text format was included separately with this kit for easy
reference.
- A Supplemental 50 Question Quiz, and separate
Answer Key is also provided, including 25 different questions relating to
the Into to Managed Care module, plus 25 questions relating to the Advanced
Topics Seminar. The Supplemental Quiz is not interactive.
The Instructor's presentation provides 149 slides that
highlight key information provided in the Training Manual, and are designed to
be used for various purposes by Trainers including in a conference, smaller
classroom setting, one-on-one sessions or for personal review.
The Instructor's Kit is available for an additional fee
