national healthcare technology firm to recruit and evaluate candidates for the
position of Executive Vice President, Managed Care Division. The positions will
be based in Dallas, Texas. A high six-figure base salary with a 50% bonus will
be offered to the best qualified candidate.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MANAGED CARE DIVISION
Responsible for account service delivery and business development for the
Managed Care Business Unit. The position will manage both Medicaid and Medicare
managed care accounts, and will be responsible for oversight of service
delivery, relationship management, account growth, and specification of new
products and services that can be rolled out in these markets.
Required:
-
Knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid programs at the managed care level
preferred; experience in the private health insurance environment required

Experience in managed care business development/sales, product development &
implementation, organization development, strategic planning, and account
management
-
P&L management
-
Minimum 5-10 years of senior management experience: relationship management,
driving account growth

Experience managing account regions or business units with revenues in
excess of $50M
