Managed Care Surveys can be searched both by Subject and Survey Organization.  The majority of these files are provided in either Microsoft Excel format (.xls), Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf), or web page format (.htm). If your computer doesn't have the software to view Microsoft Excel or Adobe acrobat files, links to download free viewers are provided in our Help Center.
