Data Report Cards are a premium feature. Browse hundreds of Data Report Card files involving studies rating various aspects of multiple plans or provider organizations; individual plan Report Cards, and other types of Report Cards. You can click here to review a recent list of data report card files.
Using the Data Report Cards, you can access a wide range of managed care related data files. You'll be able to find data comparing plans, provider organizations or focusing on a specific plan: HEDIS reports, NCQA reports, geographic service outcome and consumer satisfaction information and much more.
Data Report Cards can be searched both by Subject and Survey Organization.
The majority of these files are provided in either Microsoft Excel format (.xls),
Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf), or web page format (.htm). If your computer
doesn't have the software to view Microsoft Excel or Adobe acrobat files, links
to download free viewers are provided in our Help Center.
