Line Attribute
You must select one (only one) of the blue shaded items - either Line Item or
Sub Total. If you pick Line, then the Sub Total drop down box activates, and
you must then select the Title of a Sub Total that the Line belongs to, or enter
a new Title (which automatically creates a new Title immediately after this
item). Sub Totals do not require line items; Sub Totals can be stand-alone. The
Units for Line to a Sub Total must match. An error message will require a
change if these are do not match.
You must also select two of the three Line Attribute boxes you are interested
in: Utilization Data Known, Cost Per Unit Known or Capitation Rate Known,
unless you selected NA as your unit in which case only the Capitation Rate data is
required.
