Add

Always press the add button before trying to enter your new data. If you enter the data first, and then press the add button, you will not get the desired result.

In the Selection Folder you can add or delete files. The Add button requests the name of the file to create.

You can add comments to the Parameters Folder. You must first choose the Add button, and then enter all applicable comments for that record. The Add, Next, Previous and Delete buttons move to another item. If you select a button with a missing item, a message will appear with a combination of:

You must select at least two known data items

You must specify a Sub Total for your line item

You must select a “Unit” or “Per” item

You must enter a “Title”

When you are through entering data, just select another Folder or exit Capulator™. Your items are automatically saved.
