While you can directly use the Access file as desired, you can save considerable programming and analysis time using the pre-set Excel summary reports, or the MCOL Survey Report Software Application provided that produces powerful and easy to use detailed average premium rate queries, reports or file extractions set to your selection criteria, as well as key actuarial reports including average rate ratios, location factors or age group factors. By using the Survey Report software, you can run your query in the application, and then go to Access where only the data resulting from your query will be included in your applicable Access table. |
